Postal Insurance is a part of the Poczta Polska Capital Group. The company offers a wide range of simple and affordable life and property insurance, available in nearly 4,500 post offices throughout the country.
What was the project about?
The Postal Insurance Board has established the vision of transforming the institution into a modern company using the potential of the number of customers and post offices. Therefore, it was decided to replace the current IT system with Altkom Insurance Suite. This solution resulted into fast implementation of new products and increased conversion through well-structured sales paths.
What was the challenge?
- Premium calculation and issuance of the policy were too long. Post offices could not afford to extend the time of customer service.
- Setting up a new product on an existing core system was costly and time-consuming.

What results did we get?
The implementation of AIS significantly reduced the time needed to issue the policy. Product Factory enabled quick and low-cost configuration of new products, previously unavailable in the Postal Insurance offer.The sale takes place through the intuitive Agent Panel, which, according to users, is much friendlier than the previous solution. Now the process of selling and issuing the policy, including payment, is possible in 3-5 minutes, and the customer receives a motor insurance price offer after 30 seconds.
